Manufactured in the 1940s, this is a Loewenthal ss 40mm Big Calatrava Design rare Monolattrapante chronograph silver two-tone Breguet dial. It is equipped with a rare Landeron movement with monoratrapante = simple split function. Like the Cal.84 made by Valjoux known as BOVET, it starts, stops, and resets with the 2 o'clock button, and the simple split function is activated by pressing the 4 o'clock button while the chronograph is running. Most of them, including the Cal.84, use the button at 2 o'clock to start, stop, and reset, but this one can be restarted by pulling out the button from the start-stop position. The big Calatrava case is over 40mm, and the silver two-tone dial with a multi-scale design that combines Breguet indexes and Breguet hands. It's also very attractive in terms of design.
