This is a very rare 1950's Baume & Mercier triple calendar chronograph. It is equipped with a rare movement made by Landeron, a company that supplied chronograph movements to many brands. The dial design is mechanical and complex, reminiscent of the Valjoux 72C (triple calendar and three register chronograph), but with a pointer date at 6 o'clock, unlike the Valjoux 72C known by Rolex. In addition to the pointer date and the month, the day of the week also has a fast-forward function, which was rare in this era.
