A very rare Wittner chronograph made in the 1940s. Stainless steel, 38mm early water-resistant chronograph model with a Valjoux 71. One of the few chronograph movements of the 40s with a three-register chronograph movement and a snapback case with early water resistance, very rare and untouched. A collector's piece, produced for a very limited period of time, with a rare tachymeter (in black font) and telemeter (in blue font) dial on the outside. The dial features a rare mileage tachymeter and a telemeter on the outer part of the dial. As well as, the small eye design with a smaller in-dial gives the watch a unique look. The silver dial with a two-scale design has retained its beautiful luster and print perfectly, and the precious early water-resistant model case has retained its original shape and volume without any loss of shape due to polishing, etc., that proves that this chronograph is a very precious gem with the taste of a one-owner system.
