Manufactured in the 1940s, JARDUR "Bezel meter" with rare Val-71 is a beautiful example of the popular ss 38mm screw back chronograph with black gilt dial. The unique design of this chronograph is designed for pilots, with a rotating bezel with countdown and 24-hour time display, allowing for flight time measurement and GMT functions. At the time, only Breitling and JARDUR had a chronograph with such a function, and the original design of this special function was truly functional. The Bezel meter is available in many variations, including the Val-71, the later Val-72, and in water-resistant and non-water-resistant cases. This model is a rare early model with Val-71, 38mm screw back waterproof case and big pushers. The black gilt dial with beautiful luster and clear printings retains its original luminescent indexes and hands, and the massive screw back waterproof case retains its original shape and volume.
