Recta, mono rattrapante chronograph, stainless steel, Valjoux 84, with black multi-scale dial, made circa 1940s. The mono rattrapante movement Cal. 84, a split-seconds function made by Valjoux and the movement known for Bovet, has start-stop-reset function on the 2 o'clock button and by pulling the 2 o'clock button, the chronograph can be restarted. The well-preserved black multi-scale dial has a beautiful luster all over, and the non-waterproof stainless steel case is in non-polished condition. A true collector's item that comes with its original leather strap and buckle.

Case: Minor scratches and ageing, but the case is in excellent non-polished preservation condition. Dial: Slight age toning, but very clean and well preserved with good gloss and print.
Movement: No winding or chrono function problems. Accuracy is around 40 seconds per day.
