A highly rare Longines flyback chronograph with the renowned Cal. 13zn, manufactured in the early 1940s. This piece features a highly rare 34mm, three-piece waterproof case with a silver dial. Created during a transitional period when waterproof chronographs were being experimented with, it includes a bezel, middle case, and case back. The unique 34mm stepped case, small round pushers, and rounded case back contribute to its distinctive design and size, which differ from other models like Mushroom, Tretake, 35mm snap waterproof, and Lip. Despite its modest size, it exudes the substantial feel characteristic of Longines, making it a precious piece. The in-house Longines caliber chronograph is a perfectly established masterpiece in the history of watchmaking and will continue to be highly regarded and remembered.
