This is a rare non-Oyster Rolex Ref. 2831 from the 1930s, featuring a matte white applied Arabic numeral dial.

At first glance, the matte white dial appears simple, but it is elegantly designed with gold-colored applied Arabic numeral indices paired with blue steel leaf hands—a classic dial design reminiscent of Bubble Backs from the same era.
