International, Cal. 853, water-resistant, automatic, 35 mm, circa 1958-1963. The dial has a simple and unobtrusive design that is typical of international watches, and the moderately sized, water-resistant case is suitable for everyday use, making it a model that can be used and loved for many years to come. The small crown is designed to fit into the case so that it does not touch the back of the hand when worn. The cal.853 series is also available with a calendar feature, but it does not have a fast-forwarding function, which makes it easy to set the time and use it for practical purposes.
