This is a rare Omega 'Globemaster' with a black gilt honeycomb dial, manufactured in the late 1950s. Made for the North American market, this model is significantly rarer than contemporaneous Constellation and Seamaster models. The dial features the scarce black gilt honeycomb design and is in remarkable condition, with the 'Globemaster' marking still clearly visible, as it is often faint on other examples. Though it is a compact 33mm, the stunning gloss of the black gilt honeycomb dial gives it a presence beyond its size. It is equipped with the automatic Caliber 501 movement.
