This is a rare "Pointer Date" stainless steel waterproof model from the 1950s, featuring the Tissot Caliber 26-61T movement. It comes in a substantial 35mm screw-back waterproof case and is equipped with the Cal. 27-61T movement, which includes a pointer date function and shock resistance. The dial, which is a standout feature, uses applied indices, which is rare for Pointer Date models that usually have luminous indices. The colorful and three-dimensional bombé dial displays odd numbers in blue and even numbers in red, and has developed a wonderful patina over time. With its date display, waterproofing, and shock resistance, this watch is also highly recommended as a vintage timepiece for everyday use.
