This is a 1940s Breitling "Premier" equipped with a Venus 150, SS 33mm chronograph.
The stainless steel case with a step bezel and chamfered lugs can be seen in sizes of 35mm for non-waterproof cases and 37mm for waterproof cases. However, the compact 33mm case equipped with the Cal.150 is rare and seldom seen on the market. Although the dial has been restored in the past, you can still enjoy the 1940s taste with features such as the tachymeter markings and the cursive "Breitling" logo.
