This is an Angelus watch manufactured between the 1920s and 1930s, featuring the rare Valjoux 13 movement, in a 925 silver cushion design with a monopusher chronograph and porcelain dial. It is a chronograph equipped with the Valjoux-made monopusher chronograph movement Cal. 13, produced before the in-house chronograph movement Cal. 215. The rare sterling silver cushion case and the unfading porcelain dial offer a classical taste distinct from later models equipped with the Cal. 215. The Cal. 13 movement, also rarely seen in Zenith and Rolex watches, served as the basis for the later renowned Valjoux 23 movement. The unique beauty of the monopusher chronograph, distinct from the two-button type, is also an attractive feature.
