This is a rare Art Deco two-tone sector dial in a Cal.26.5-powered stainless steel Calatrava-style watch manufactured in the late 1930s. Despite its modest 30mm size, the Calatrava-style Staybright case exudes a sense of weightiness, and coupled with the matte white base and silver mirror-printed three-sector dial, it presents a presence that surpasses its size. Unique features of this era include the slanted 'OMEGA' logo, allowing one to savor the taste distinctive to Omega from an earlier period. It is equipped with the hand-wound Cal.26.5SOBT2 movement, which was commonly found in many hand-wound models of the 1930s.
