Manufactured in the early 1950s, this Longines "Seitake" is a rare 36mm Jumbo Waterproof model with a popular panda dial. It transitioned from the initial thick case to a later model with a thinner, round shape. In the realm where 33mm sizes are more common for Seitake watches, this 36mm size stands out with its distinctive presence, further accentuated by the inclusion of its original bracelet.

The two-tone "panda" dial, a characteristic of jumbo cases, exhibits an exquisite balance and the charming patina of age, adding to its appeal. It is powered by the renowned Cal.12.68z movement, offering various features such as small seconds, center seconds, and stop seconds, representing the versatility of Longines.

Included with the watch is a precious original bracelet from the American bracelet maker JB. Champion (wrist circumference size = 18~19.5cm). Note that JB. Champion bracelets were also used by Longines and the Longines importer, Wittnauer, during the same era. *The caseback features an engraved design.
