Manufactured in the 1930s, this is a highly rare 1st model Rolex Oyster Bubbleback Ref. 1858 with a Criss cross dial. It is an exceptionally valuable and historically significant piece in Rolex's history, featuring a 4-piece construction with a big crown, bezel, middle case, case back, and a first-generation waterproof case. It is equipped with the early Cal.520 movement with instructions engraved on it. The dial is known as the "Criss cross" dial, a distinctive two-tone dial found on early Bubbleback and flat-back models, showcasing a wonderful vintage aesthetic with its aged patina.
