his is a very rare black sector dial from the 1st model, equipped with an Omega Cal.30 movement, manufactured in 1939. At first glance, it may appear to have the Cal.26.5 movement within a Calatrava-style case with a black sector dial, but it is actually a super rare piece with the Cal.30 movement. When compared to the Cal.26.5 from the same era, with the same design and size, the inner dial is larger. It's also noteworthy that it adopts the unusual Calatrava-style case for a Cal.30-equipped watch, which is typically seen with cylinder cases, showcasing unique characteristics from that transitional period. This is a fantastic and exceptional piece featuring the early version of the iconic 30mm caliber movement, the Cal.30, representing Omega.
