This is a rare sector dial Chronograph with a Calatrava design, equipped with a Landeron-39 movement, manufactured in the 1930s. Although Breitling is known for its Chronomat and Navitimer models, their production numbers for Chronographs in the 1930s were surprisingly low, making these vintage watches extremely rare and hard to find in the market. This particular watch is considered the epitome of vintage watches due to its unique sector dial design, which was popular during that era, and its multi-scale design that includes a telemeter and a snail tachymeter. The blue steel hands against the silver dial adds to the beauty of the watch. The heavy Calatrava case, though non-waterproof, complements the design and gives the watch a significant presence. This watch is powered by the renowned Landeron Cal.39 movement, which was supplied to many famous watch brands, including Breitling and Heuer, making it a true masterpiece.
