This is a 1950's Jaeger-LeCoultre Bumper Automatic Waterproof model with Cal. 476/2. It is equipped with the precious half-rotor type bumper automatic Cal. 476/2, which was produced before the full-rotary automatic movement was invented. This movement is worth seeing for its beautiful finishing and thick internal parts, and was also used as a base movement in Vacheron Constant and other watches. The dial is a simple yet elegant design with popular 369 pink indexes and a characteristic blued steel second hand. The unique mechanical sound of the bumper automatic can be enjoyed.
