This is an early 1940's Longines popular "Toretake" SS 30mm waterproof model with silver luminous dial. The case is in excellent condition with no signs of wear due to polishing, and the silver luminous dial with a good texture that retains the luminescence of the time is a gem with a wonderful vintage taste. The screw-back waterproof case with a large flat step bezel has a massive feel that is unique to Longines, and is more massive than other brands of the same age.
