This is a two-tone dial of the popular Longines "Toretake" 35mm waterproof model manufactured in the early 1940s.
The step design and three-point screw back waterproof case, which is also the origin of the TORETAKE, are made with the massive structure unique to Longines, and the exquisite balance and presence of the 35mm size are fascinating. The two-tone dial, which has been well-preserved and aged well, and the screw-back case, which retains the original shape of the Toretake case, give the watch a natural taste and make it a wonderful one-owner gem. It is equipped with the famous Cal. 12.68z, Longines' representative hand-wound movement.
