1942 Longines Ref.5000 Rare Clip-on Square Water-resistant With Pink Two-Tone Dial

This is a beautiful 1942 Longines very rare clip-on square waterproof model with pink dial. This rare piece uses a clip-on square waterproof case, which is very rare for Longines. It is made with a flanged windshield and square gaskets, and the middle case and back cover are fixed with clips on the top and bottom, making it airtight and waterproof. The detachable clips, movement holder, and back cover are stamped with a common unique number, making this a very valuable piece that allows the wearer to appreciate the dignified construction that is typical of Longines. It is a small 27mm size, but it has a sense of presence that goes beyond size with its square design, a sense of massiveness that only a waterproof case can provide, and a voluminous construction with a belt width of 19mm, coupled with the good state of preservation.
