Patek Philippe, Ref. 438, rare 18 karat, yellow gold screw back, baby Calatrava, luminous dial with Breguet indexes, circa 1944.
Despite its small size (28mm), the solid 18-carat gold screw-back case gives the watch a massive feel, and the silvered dial with Breguet indexes and rare luminescent coating is accentuated by a railtrack. Overall, this is a collectible piece in excellent preservation and in good condition. It comes with the original archival and later buckle.
