Minerva, Valjoux 72C powered, popular triple calendar, chronograph, very rare 18 gold yellow gold, circa 1950s.
It is a rare piece with an 18k yellow gold case, which is rare for Minerva, which often uses steel cases for its Valjoux 72C models. The dial is also elaborately crafted with applied Arabic and pyramid indexes, unlike steel models that often have luminescent indexes, and the 18-karat yellow gold case gives it a wonderful taste of luxury, making it a precious gem. The watch is equipped with the famous Valjoux 72C, which is known as the Rolex Kyrie model. The calendar is written in German, which is also rare.
