Jardur, "Bezel Meter", ø 37mm oversized, chronograph, famous Valjoux 71 powered , circa 1940s.
The unique and original design of the chronograph was designed for pilots. The combination of a rotating bezel with countdown and a multi-scale dial enabled the chronograph to measure the time of flight and perform GMT functions. At the time, only Breitling and JARDUR were equipped with such functions, and the unique design that resulted from this special function can be called truly functional beauty. It is very rare to find a gold-filled bezel meter case on the market, as most bezel meters have steel cases, and this is the first time we have handled one. This is the first time we have handled it. It is a rare piece that shows the unique aspect of a gold bezel meter.
