Universal, "Compur", chronograph, 18 karat yellow gold, silver dial with snail tachymeter scale and breguet indexes, circa mid-1930s.
This is a rare early model "COMPUR" before Universal Geneva, equipped with Cal.287. It has a two-tone sikver dial dial with snail tachymeter scale, Breguet indexes and large blued steel hands, and an 18-karat yellow gold case with brazed round-shaped lugs. The 18-karat yellow gold case is not water-resistant, but it has a dignified structure, and the hallmark indicating solid 18-karat gold is also engraved on the Paris style lugs.
