Omega, 33.3CHRO, ø 38 mm water-resistant, chronograph, black dial with multi-scale and big pusher, circa early 1940s.
This is a rare piece with big pushers specification found in early engraved back cases which is rare among precious waterproof cases. The dial is a precise and complicated complication design with a multi-color and scale design that includes minute track (gold), telemeter (silver) and snail tachymeter (pink). The multi-colored and scale dials, which are not seen in other famous brands of the same age such as Patek Philippe, Rolex, Longines, Universal, Movado, etc., and the screw back water-resistant case, which is over 38mm, are the best examples of the high design and quality that only Omega could offer during the 1940s.
