This is a beautiful 1940's REGAL rare flexible lug design black mirror dial. The black mirror dial, which retains its beautiful luster, and the flexible (movable) lug case, which retains its sharp edges, are excellent examples of the wonderful aspect of mint condition. The black dial with two jumping numeral design reminiscent of bubble back is also attractive.
