This is a very rare original sector design Breguet Upright Number with Ulysse Nardin Calatrava design from the 1930s. This is a wonderful dial design unique to the 1930s, which can also be seen on Omega and International, and the gray color dial with its original coloring is an excellent example of the era and its wonderful taste.
