This is a very rare 1953 Rolex Ref.6036 Triple Calendar Chronograph "Kyrie Watch" in 18KYG. This model is known as "Kyrie Watch" with strong Oyster case, triple calendar and three register chronograph function. It is the pinnacle of Rolex chronographs, and is historically very valuable. The 18KYG model is even more rare among the rare Kyrie watches.
