This is a 1950's Everard "Extra-Fort" 18KPG 39mm oversized chronograph. It has a solid gold case with a massive 39mm oversized case and a simple yet classy silver dial with upright numbers that gives it an impactful look. The upper chrono button is used to start, stop and reset the chronograph, while the lower button is used for the hacking mechanism. It comes with a very valuable original box, guarantee and a later PGP tailpiece.
