This is a very rare black multi-colored and scaled dial ss cylinder chronograph with Omega Cal.28.9CHRO manufactured in 1941.
It is equipped with the rare Cal. 28.9CHRO, which is a smaller version of the famous 33.3CHRO, a large chronograph movement over 33mm in diameter. The black gilt dial with its intricate, complex, and condensed design unique to this era, and the cylinder case with its dignity despite its small size of 32mm, make it a gem with a wonderful presence that transcends the aspect and size of the era. It's also a wonderfully condensed version of the 28.9CHRO, which is two sizes smaller.
