This is a very rare pulsation model of Patek Philippe masterpiece R.130 ss Calatrava chronograph manufactured in 1942. This stainless steel model is one of the rarest and most popular of Patek Philippe's chronographs, which are considered the pinnacle of vintage chronographs except for complications. The dial is a pulsation dial, which is rare among chronographs, and "Pulsometer scale" is also written on the attached archive. It comes with an archive and a genuine SS tailpiece.
