This is a very rare grey sector dial Breguet index model with stepped bezel and unique lug design, made in 1940s Taban ss 30mm.
The gray sector dial with Breguet appliqué numbers, which can be seen in Omega, International, Ulysse Nardin, etc. of the same era, and the staybright case with unique lugs with stepped design are a great example of the era and its great taste.
