1940s Doxa Water-resistant Silver Unique Dial in Stainless Steel (Mint Condition)

This is a beautiful Doxa SS 33mm round water proof model with silver unique dial, manufactured in the late 1940s. The watch is in mint condition and shows no signs of use, although there are some minor scratches and age-related wear. It has a unique dial with an elaborate combination of dots, wedges, and embossing, a screw-back waterproof case with a reduced thickness despite its antimagnetic specifications with an inner case, and a carefully finished movement with an incabloc. This is a wonderful three-hand model that could only be produced by Doxa, which has produced many models of superior design and quality, such as chronographs and military watches.
