Breitling, Ref. 765, "AVI" 1st generation, rare digital counter, circa 1960s. This rare piece is powered by the famous Venus' Cal.178 with a 30 minutes counter at 3 o'clock improved to 15 minutes counter with a digital display. The black dial with digital 15-minute totalizer using luminescent paint has a unique and original look, and the dignified 41mm oversized screw back water-resistant case with a rotating bezel with dot design, common to the Navitimer 1st model of the same age, has an overwhelming presence. The first generation of AVI was produced in both digital and analog versions, but the digital version is by far the rarest and valuable. It comes with an original buckle from later years.

Other details
Case: minor scratches and aging, but well preserved with original shape and volume, and well engraved on the back. The rotating bezel is in good working order. Dial: Very clean with no noticeable scratches or stains. The radium luminescence of the time has changed over time with good texture. Movement: unadjusted, will be delivered after maintenance.
