This rare 1950's Tissot "Navigator" World Time Automatic SS model is a world time model created to celebrate the company's 100th anniversary in 1953. It has a disc with the name of each city in the center of the dial linked to the hands, and 24-hour indexes that make it easy to determine the time in each country. The watch is available in solid 14 or 18 carat gold, with snapback or screwback, and with indexes and hands in many variations. It is a dial design that retains the taste of the 40's combined with indexes and leaf hands.
