This is the precious Ref.3525 Oyster Chronograph 1st Model Silver Arch Design manufactured by Rolex in 1945. The screw back waterproof case with big crown and the silver dial with black tachymeter and blue telemeter is a great example of early waterproof chronograph. It comes with a rare original jubilee bracelet from the 40s.
