Breguet, Type XX, "Big Eye", flyback chronograph, Valjoux 230 powered, circa early 1960s.
It is equipped with the Cal.230, which is based on the famous Cal.23 made by Valjoux, but with an improved flyback function and 15-minute totalizer. The "Breguet" signature on the dial, the distinctive "Big Eye" dial design, the rotating bezel for the 12-hour display, and the thick, flat Big Crown, makes this rare gem that is different with the first model that was introduced in 1954. The screw back water-resistant case, retains its original shape and volume and the black dial, which retains the radium luminescence of the time, has a good texturing.
