This is a Gerard Perrago water proof chronograph with 1940s Universal Cal.281. The dial is the original two-tone dial with a tasteful matte white circle on the telemeter part. It is a gem of a small but massive screw back waterproof case.

Case: The lugs on the front of the case and the sides of the case have been finished in the past. The back side of the case has not been touched for the most part, but the back cover and other parts of the case have some opener scratches.
Dial: Slightly weathered and aged.
Movement: No problem with chrono function. Accuracy seems to be within about 30 seconds per day.
