This is a 1948 Rolex "Eaton Quarter Century Club" 14k yellow gold Prince. This is the last of the Prince models with distinctive lugs. It was presented by Eaton Canada to commemorate 25 years of service (quarter-century).

Dial: Appears to be the original dial, but the three logos ROLEX, PRINCE, and CHRONOMETER have been added.
Movement: about 30 seconds on a flat surface, but it has a posture now. It should be possible to restore the accuracy by adjustment or overhaul. The cost for this should be 20,000 to 30,000 yen.
