This is an unused 1954-57 Omega Constellation stainless steel full revolution early chronometer automatic with Cal.501 screw back model.
It's also a great example of one of the earliest Constellations, with most of the elements that make it so appealing (12 pictures, diamond indexes, black mirror, screw back). The original tailpiece, strap, and box are still attached to the watch.
