This is a Rolex Oyster "IMPERIAL" from the early 1940s. It has an attractive face with very rare pink mirror dot indexes. The belt is an original Oyster riveted bracelet from the 1950s that is fitting nicely. I have handled many Ref.4220 models, but this is a unique and wonderful design.
