This is a rare Patek Philippe Ref. 2526 "Tropical" in 18k yellow gold, manufactured in 1956. It was designed to keep the beautiful color of the dial semi-permanently, and was manufactured from the early 1950's to the early 1960's. The dial was made of ceramic at that time to prevent deterioration caused by humidity and sunlight. It was manufactured from the early 1950's to the early 1960's. It was equipped with Patek Philippe's first in-house self-winding movement, Cal.12-600AT, and a 36mm screw back waterproof case with a PP crown. The dial is made of ceramic, so there are some pieces with cracks, but this piece has no cracks or hairlines. It is a precious tropical with a good state of preservation, but compared to the early ebony dials, it is also attractive because it has a sense of affordability. It comes with a genuine chronodile strap, 18k gold YG tailpiece, and archives.
