This is a Longines "Flared" model made in the 1950s. It is a small version of Patek Philippe Ref.1593 "Hourglass", and is one of the rarest and hardest to find among the many horned gold models of American wrist watches, and one of the most expensive. It is a very rare and hard-to-find piece among the many horn-gold models of American wrist watches.
