Rolex Oyster, Bubble Back, rare Ref. 3348, Unisex size, type AR, wide flat bezel, matte white dial, circa late 1940s.
Ref.3348 with wide flat bezel is also called "Mame Tank", and its special case design attracts a unique presence even though it is small 29mm size. It's a gem of a design, with a wonderfully textured and aged look. The matte white dial with the signature of the British jeweler/retailer Mappin is a unique design combining jumping numerals and squares.
