Rolex Oyster, Bubble Back, Ref.3131, tropical ivory dial, 9kt yellow gold, circa late 1940s. The all-Arabic dial, whose matte white color has changed to ivory color with age, and the lightly shining 9-karat yellow gold case combine to create a wonderful vintage look. The yellow gold case has an elaborate four-piece structure consisting of the bezel, middle case, back cover, and movement holder, just like the early bubble backs. It is in a good state of preservation. There is an engraving on the back cover.
