This is a unique rectangular model with a 1930's Lecoultre Cal. 11, which appears to be an early waterproof model. The solid gold French case with an eagle engraving is designed to be unscrewed from the spring bar pin (screwed on like a Cartier tank) to release the top and back covers (each engraved with the same serial number). This is a very unique piece that is airtight and was probably made to be waterproof or dustproof at the time. The dial is a matte white dial with an embossed dolphin number and sword hands, a classic design unique to this era, and it also has a wonderful taste of aging with good texture. The watch is equipped with Cal.11 with beautiful finishing, which was also installed in Reverso of the same age.
