This is a beautiful example of a rare 18K rose gold 37mm chronograph black snailed dial manufactured by Baume & Mercier in the 1940s. The black mirror dial with its intricate design unique to this era that retains its beautiful luster, and the 18K rose gold case that retains its original unpolished shape and volume, make this a gem of a watch that looks wonderful only in mint condition. The watch is equipped with the Cal.48 made by Landeron, a chronograph manufacturer that supplied many chronographs.
