This is a waterproof baby chronograph with black snails dial, manufactured in the 1940s by Juls Jergensen. It is a wonderful gem that also charmed the sense of massiveness. It is equipped with Cal.69 made by Valjoux Company of only 23mm in diameter which was said to be the smallest in the world at that time.
