This is a very rare 1940's Lemania C.15TL ss 37mm step bezel chronograph with silver snail dial. It is equipped with the famous C.15TL which was also supplied to Omega and Tissot. The stepped design 37mm oversized case has a wonderful presence, and the rare silver snail dial with good texture and ageing is a precious gem that fascinated the aspect of the age. The movement, dial and case design are of course of the same high quality as those of Omega and Tissot of the same age, and this chronograph made by Lemania has become particularly popular in recent years. A hallmark is engraved on the lugs at 11 o'clock, indicating that the watch was shipped to Portugal.
